Were looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive with hands-on experience in Order Management / OTC (Order-to-Cash) within an International BPO environment .

You all work closely with global teams to ensure smooth order processing, stakeholder engagement, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process orders accurately through STS / Order Management systems.
• Handle queries related to billing, order tracking, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain process compliance and documentation for audits.
• Support cross-functional teams for data accuracy and report generation.

Required Skills Qualifications

13 years of experience in Order Management / OTC

Background in International BPO (support or operations process)

Proficiency in Excel, CRM, and order processing tools

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
