🎯 Job Summary :
We are seeking a high-performing Assistant Manager to lead outbound sales efforts for loan products including personal loans, home loans, auto loans, and credit lines. The ideal candidate will manage a team of sales executives, drive lead conversion, and ensure compliance with banking standards while delivering exceptional customer experience.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of outbound sales executives focused on loan product acquisition.
- Drive daily sales targets and conversion ratios through effective team coaching and performance monitoring.
- Develop and execute outbound campaigns to promote loan offerings to prospective and existing customers.
- Monitor call quality, lead pipeline, and closure rates;
implement corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with credit, documentation, and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and turnaround.Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines (RBI, KYC, AML) and internal compliance standards.Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for senior management.Conduct regular training and upskilling sessions for the sales team.Handle escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.📈 KPIs & Metrics :

Bachelor’s degree in Any field.5 years of experience in outbound sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead or assistant manager role.Strong understanding of retail loan products and banking sales processes.Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.💻 Preferred Skills :
Experience in banking, NBFCs, or financial BPOs.Exposure to digital lending platforms and fintech ecosystems.Certification in financial sales or banking operations is a plus.Multilingual capabilities (regional languages) are an advantage.🚀 What We Offer :
