We're expanding and looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who will own the performance of our outbound systems. This isn't a simple list-building role, it's about driving measurable improvements in response and meeting rates through precision and iteration.
Responsibilities
- Create and refine email scripts that maximize replies and booked meetings.
- Build and optimize call scripts that engage and convert prospects.
- Monitor outbound flows (email + call) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness.
- Analyze performance data and translate insights into script and strategy improvements.
- Ensure outbound systems run consistently and deliver predictable results.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging with outcomes and client goals.
Requirements
Proven experience in outbound lead generation, SDR / BDR work, or script optimization.Deep understanding of cold email and cold call best practices.Strong analytical skills — comfortable reading performance metrics and spotting trends.Excellent written and spoken English communication.Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.Compensation & Benefits
