ServiceNow HRSD Developer - Certified System Administration

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HRSD modules, scripting, and integrations while ensuring adherence to best practices, compliance, and security standards.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

• Develop and customize ServiceNow HRSD modules including Case Management, Lifecycle Events, HR Services, and Knowledge Management.
• Implement and configure workflows using Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, and ACLs.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
• Ensure scalability, maintainability, and best practices in HRSD development.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality HRSD solutions.
• Manage and migrate update sets and maintain Scoped Applications.
• Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with external systems using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
• Ensure compliance with HR data security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Work within Agile teams for requirement gathering, sprint planning, and solution delivery.
• Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and user support for HRSD solutions.
