ITSM Process Owner (ServiceNow)

We’re looking for an experienced ITSM Process Owner to lead the design, governance, and optimization of IT Service Management processes on ServiceNow .
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and improve ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, Service Catalog).
- Act as ServiceNow ITSM subject matter expert, driving automation and best practices.
- Define KPIs / SLAs and ensure compliance with ITIL standards.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption.
Qualifications :
5+ years in ITSM, with 3+ years on ServiceNow ITSM modules.Strong knowledge of ITIL v3 / v4.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.ITIL / ServiceNow certifications preferred.
