Position Objective -
Learner Experience and Engagement Team - would be responsible for formal informal engagement with the learners and be accountable to deliver an exceptional learner experience to all the assigned learners with exceptional coordination with all internal and external stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities -
Actively engage with the learners in every discussion forum - emails and calls - to gauge the potential queries and take actions to pre-empt them. - Coordination with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure an effective learner experience. - Ensure satisfactory resolution of all kinds of learner queries. - Need to work on Saturdays and Sundays with suitable weekly compensatory offs. - Query resolution within agreed TATs

Mandatory Skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Time management skills - Ability to multitask - Good collaborative skills.
Knowledge / Desired Skills - Graduate with 0 to 6 months of experience in customer service / customer experience role - Exceptional communication skills - Ownership and accountability.
