Business Analyst

Employment Type : Contract, 6 Description :

We are looking for a proactive Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The BA will play a key role in requirement gathering, documentation, and facilitating Agile / Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and development teams. Prior experience in BFSI or Telecom domains is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to capture business needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support project execution by facilitating Agile / Scrum ceremonies.
• Document and maintain project artifacts using Jira and Confluence.
• Analyze and validate requirements against business objectives.
• Provide domain insights in BFSI / Telecom projects to align business and IT solutions.
• Perform basic data analysis and queries using SQL to support requirement validation.
