Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering skills-based training programs. This includes developing course materials, conducting interactive training sessions, mentoring students, and evaluating participant progress. Additional tasks include coordinating with industry experts for guest lectures and assisting in career guidance activities.

Qualifications

• Teaching or Training experience and Instructional Design skills
• Expertise in Digital Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Business Growth, or related fields
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Experience with Live Projects, Case Studies, and Practical Applications
• Ability to mentor and guide students in their career development
• Relevant certifications and a Bachelor's degree in a related field are a plus
• Passion for education and dedication to empowering others
