Job Overview :

We are seeking a Bulk Hiring Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience to help manage high-volume recruitment for multiple roles. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates efficiently while ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage full-cycle recruitment for bulk hiring needs.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.
Track candidate progress in the ATS and report on hiring metrics.
Help onboard new hires and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements :

1-2 years of experience in recruitment, particularly high-volume roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with ATS and other recruitment tools.

Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

Organized, proactive, and results-driven.
