What's this role about?

• Bachelorrsquos degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 5+ years in IT with experience in web platforms, web application development, design, unit testing and implementation.
• Proficiency in ATG eCommerce Framework and Endeca Search Engine.
• Proficiency and implementation skills on ATG-based application with large scale implementation.
• Proficiency in JAVA, J2EE,development using HTML, Knowledge of XML / XSL / XSD
• Hands-on on one of the following products Oracle ATG Commerce, Endeca Experience Manager or Page Builder Development experience on an Oracle ATG platform
• Experience working on system integrations (particularly third-party systems such as OMS, search, ERP, payment etc)
• Strong knowledge of Information Architecture / User Experience concepts and best practices
• Broad awareness of eBusiness , Content and Collaboration systems portals, enterprise content and document management, collaboration platforms and enterprise search
• Experience with application server / web server / OS / database understanding (primarily Apache, Unix / Linux, Oracle DB)
• Experience successfully delivering on all aspects of a technology project
• Experience successfully delivering on all aspects of an enterprise-wide project
• Position Criteria
• Solid experience in developing application using ATG eCommerce Framework and Endeca Search Engine, Oracle Endeca.
• Proficiency and implementation skills on ATG based application with large scale implementation.
• Proficiency in JAVA, J2EE,development using HTML, Knowledge of XML / XSL / XSD
• Hands-on on one of the following products Oracle ATG Commerce, Endeca Experience Manager or Page Builder Development experience on an Oracle ATG platform
• Good To have experience on Endeca Search engine platform with exposure on Endeca Guided Search Endeca IAP, Endeca Assembler API (Integration with App-Tier), Pipeline Configuration, Component Configuration (Forge, Dgidx, Dgraph), Endeca CAS operation / maintenance. Endeca XM (Version 3.x or 11.x) Template Creation, Rule Creation / Migration , Cartridge Handler Creation(Life Cycle knowledge). Application Tier Knowledge Experience in basic J2EE application architecture, Knowledge on App Tier to Endeca Integration (Preferably ATG- Endeca Integration)
• Knowledge of Information Architecture / User Experience concepts and best practices
• Familiarity with configuration / change management processes and tools
• Exposure / Experience in enterprise application architecture
• Requires the ability to work on multiple projects of varying scope and scale
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly with respect to written and oral communication, including the ability to explain technical concepts.
• Requires strong analytical, problem solving, and action-driven competencies

Must have skills : - ATG eCommerce Framework and Endeca Search Engine

Location : Bangalore,Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai and Kolkata
