Responsibilities
- Product Knowledge : Immerse yourself in our business domain and products. Develop a deep understanding of how our solutions address customer challenges and stay updated on product features and benefits.
- Customer Support : Serve as a key resource for customers and internal teams by handling product-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and collecting valuable feedback. Act as an escalation point beyond the service desk team.
- Product Development : Collaborate with the Product Management team to refine and enhance products. Assist in drafting product specifications, coordinating testing phases, and evaluating product performance.
- Documentation : Contribute to the creation and maintenance of comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and training materials.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work effectively with departments such as Quality Assurance, Product Development, Customer Success, and the Service Desk team to ensure seamless product launches and alignment across functions.
Requirements
