Position Summary
Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage Salesforce Data Cloud solutions to enable unified customer data and advanced analytics.
- Configure and optimize SFMC journeys, audience segmentation, and suppression rules, ensuring compliance with pharma commercial models and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement data-driven segmentation strategies for HCP / HCO engagement.
- Develop and maintain ETL / ELT processes leveraging Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and SQL for integrating external and internal data sources with Salesforce platforms.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are met across all pharma-related datasets.
- Partner with analytics and commercial operations teams to enable personalized multichannel campaigns.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and deliver scalable solutions.

Work Experience
7-12 of overall experienceStrong experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Hands-on expertise in pharma data segmentation, suppression logic, and compliance-driven data management.Proficiency in Azure (ADF, Synapse, or related services) and Databricks for data engineering workflows.Advanced knowledge of SQL for data transformation, validation, and reporting.Ability to work with cross-functional business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.Behavioural Competencies
