Job descriptionSupport project teams in integrating BIM workflows and ensuring compliance with company BIM Produce construction documents, drawings, and schedules directly from the BIM model. Conduct model audits, clash detection, and design coordination reviews. Assist in implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensuring adherence to project protocols. Collaborate with design teams to resolve technical and coordination issues. Support digital design innovation and promote BIM best practices across teams. Maintain organised documentation and ensure models are updated throughout the project lifecycle. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM-based architectural design and documentation. Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM-related tools. Strong understanding of architectural detailing, design coordination, and project documentation. Familiarity with BIM standards, LOD definitions, and BEP implementation. Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Dubai or GCC building codes and standards is an advantage.
