Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Manager - Electrical located in Bengaluru. The BIM Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects related to electrical systems. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with project teams, creating and managing BIM models, ensuring accurate electrical design integration, and coordinating with other engineering disciplines. This role requires strong technical and managerial skills to ensure project delivery within specified timelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities :

1. BIM Management & Strategy

• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows for electrical design and documentation.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings related to electrical systems, ensuring clash detection and resolution.
• Manage the electrical BIM content library (families, components, etc.) and ensure quality and consistency.
• Monitor BIM model progress and quality control for all electrical models on active projects.
