Job Role : Real Estate Executive Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition : Identify, target, and establish relationships with real estate developers, builders, contractors, and other stakeholders in the real estate ecosystem.
Market Expansion : Strategically develop and execute plans to penetrate new markets and expand the companys footprint.
Partnership Development : Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and sustained business growth.
Revenue Generation : Meet and exceed revenue targets by driving sales and onboarding high-value clients.
Lead Management : Generate and manage leads effectively through various channels including referrals, industry events, and digital platforms.
Client Presentations : Prepare and deliver compelling presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing our offerings.
Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competition, and potential business opportunities.
Collaboration : Work closely with the design, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Reporting : Provide regular updates on sales pipelines, client feedback, and market insights to the leadership team
: Experience : 2-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management within the real estate or allied industries.
Education : Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
Knowledge : Strong understanding of the real estate, architecture, and interior design sectors.
Networking : Proven ability to build and maintain a network of industry contacts.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze market trends and create data-driven strategies.
Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address client needs and resolve challenges.
Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
