Role Details
Xavier College is seeking a dynamic and committed Assistant Head of Campus – Teaching, Learning and Wellbeing to join our vibrant Evanston (R-6) campus. This senior leadership position is classified as a POR4 for a fixed period of four-years and is commencing in January 2026 .
This role may include a teaching component and should be considered in conjunction with the Teacher Position Information Document.
As a key member of the campus leadership team, the Assistant Head of Campus – Teaching, Learning and Wellbeing will work in close partnership with the Head of Campus to drive school improvement and ensure excellence in teaching, learning and wellbeing practices. The successful candidate will demonstrate extensive knowledge and proven experience in curriculum leadership, pedagogical development and pastoral care.
