Job Summary :
We&aposre seeking an experienced and passionate Academic / Admission Counsellor to join our team at The Narayana Group, Mumbai Branch. As an Admission Counsellor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students through the admission process, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless experience for our prospective students.
Key Responsibilities :
- Admission Process Management : Manage the admission process for students, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Student Counseling : Provide in-depth information to prospective learners, addressing their queries and concerns about courses and colleges.
- Lead Generation : Identify and generate new leads through various sources, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- Relationship Building : Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions to promote our programs.
- Data Management : Maintain accurate records of student interactions, ensuring efficient data management and analysis.
- Target Achievement : Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets for revenue and enrolments.
