This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a seasoned Quantity Surveyor cum Contract Management Expert with 8–15 years of experience in highway infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for comprehensive cost management activities, including preparation and review of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost planning, control, and reporting. The role demands independent handling of client meetings, coordination with consultants and contractors, and proactive engagement in contract negotiations and dispute resolution.
Key responsibilities include :
- Preparing, reviewing, and validating BOQs and cost estimates for highway works
- Monitoring project budgets and expenditures across multiple packages
- Leading cost planning and control strategies to ensure financial discipline
- Conducting cost analysis and variance reporting for ongoing and completed works
- Independently managing client interactions, technical discussions, and progress reviews
- Supporting contract administration, including claims evaluation and change management
- Ensuring compliance with MoRTH specifications, IRC codes, and contractual obligations
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables
Qualifications & Experience
8–15 years of proven experience in quantity surveying and contract management, preferably in highway or linear infrastructure projectsStrong expertise in cost control, planning, and financial reportingProficiency in preparing and reviewing BOQs aligned with highway specificationsDemonstrated ability to independently manage client meetings and technical negotiationsFamiliarity with EPC, BOT, and DBFOT frameworks and associated contract structuresExcellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skillsHands-on experience with contract management tools and project monitoring systemsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related disciplineExperience with government-funded or multilateral development projects is an advantageSkills Required
