Job description
  • 10 to 15 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor(Exclusively of building projects)
  • Experience in Estimating, Tendering, Reconciliation, Material, Cost Control, preparation of BOQs and Budgeting Management of Building projects.
  • Good knowledge of 3Ds-Max, Auto Cad, REVIT, STAD Pro, MS Project, MS office & outlook.

    • B.E (Civil) / Masters in QS (preferably)

      • Desired Profile

    • Responsible for BOQ variation tracking, co-ordinate / approvals-client documentation.
    • Responsible for client billing (RA) certification & monthly reconciliation statements.
    • Provide cost to completion for individual project.
    • Estimating, Tendering, Pre Contract Administration, Post Contract Administration such as Procurement of contractors.
