Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and closing sales opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and promoting the company's properties. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales and Client Relationship Management
Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
Strong Market Research and Property Promotion skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
Strong knowledge of the real estate market in Bhubaneswar
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
