Job Summary :
The International Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving global marketing initiatives, maintaining and expanding the international lead database, supporting sales teams with qualified leads, and ensuring consistent brand visibility across all target countries. This role involves analytical, creative, and strategic marketing skills to enhance market penetration, strengthen buyer relationships, and support export growth across multiple countries and product categories.
Key Responsibilities : 1. Lead & Data Management
- Maintain and update the master database of all leads, qualified leads, and buyers country-wise and product-wise.
- Categorize leads stage-wise (new, in communication, qualified, converted, dormant, etc.) and prepare weekly reports.
- Ensure clean, accurate, and structured data for smooth transfer to sales or respective departments for follow-up.
2. Marketing Communication & Updates
Prepare and send regular company updates, new product announcements, and promotional campaigns through email marketing and LinkedIn.Coordinate with the content and design team for timely release of marketing materials.Maintain and segment mailing lists for targeted communication (by region, product, and buyer type).3. Content Creation & Digital Marketing
Plan and define content calendars for LinkedIn, newsletters, exhibitions, and product promotions.Write technical marketing content such as product feature highlights, industry insights, and application-based write-ups.Manage digital presence across professional networks and online marketplaces relevant to the medical devices industry.4. Market & Competitor Analysis
Conduct country-wise and product-wise competitor analysis to track price trends, product ranges, and sales volumes.Identify market gaps and recommend opportunities for new product introduction or re-entry strategies.Monitor import / export data and evaluate competitor performance by region and product line.5. Lead Generation & Networking
Identify and approach potential leads via LinkedIn and other B2B platforms by searching industry-specific profiles.Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing leads through personalized engagement.Support in nurturing long-term partnerships by sharing regular updates and ensuring consistent communication.6. International Exhibitions & Events
Plan and coordinate international exhibition participation, including logistics, design, booth setup, and promotional materials.Prepare pre- and post-exhibition lead reports, ensuring proper follow-up and database integration.Act as the key liaison between internal teams and exhibition organizers.7. Regulatory Market Mapping
Research and document country-wise regulatory requirements for medical devices to identify high-priority markets.Coordinate with the QA / Regulatory team to support certification, registration, and compliance planning.Suggest promotional timing and strategies based on regulatory readiness and approvals.8. Reporting & Coordination
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports, including lead generation, country-wise engagement, and conversion ratios.Coordinate with Sales, QA / RA, and Export Documentation departments for lead transfer and follow-up.Continuously improve CRM and marketing automation workflows to enhance efficiency.Key Skills & Competencies :
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.Strong analytical and research skills.Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing tools (Mailchimp / Zoho), and MS Excel.Ability to prepare market insights and technical marketing content.Knowledge of international trade, medical device industry, and global regulatory frameworks is an advantage.Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and execution discipline.Qualification & Experience :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing / International Business / Biomedical / Life Sciences / Management.2–5 years of experience in international marketing, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical sector.Experience in handling B2B marketing, exhibitions, and lead management tools.
