International Marketing Specialist

JOB SUMMARY :

The International Marketing Specialist will direct the Sales activities within designated South Asia countries – India, Bhutan, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Bangladesh. He / She will effectively contact new customers and develop relationships with existing customers. He / She will work directly with all employees in all responsible areas to improve their work environment, productivity, and understanding of the company philosophy. He / She will work with other managers to achieve overall company goals.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Set clear sales goals for distributors and licensees and achieve sales targets in the region. Monitor regional sales performance vs. targets (monthly / quarterly / yearly).

Develop new accounts in the designated territory, and analyze competitors and customer needs to recommend new products or solutions.

Manage relationships with key accounts, licensees, and distributors.

Provide training and motivate sales teams across countries.

Achieve the required daily performance, quality improvement initiatives, and other customer satisfaction measures.

Work directly with other management and employees within the organization to identify problems and assist them in developing solutions that help the company achieve goals in profit, growth, and customer satisfaction.

Willing to travel frequently to provide support to regional licenses.

Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure regional alignment.

Undertake ad hoc tasks and special projects assigned by management to support business needs, including crisis resolution, partner support, and cross-functional initiatives.

Education :

MBA / bachelor’s degree in business / marketing or related field.

Experience :

Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or account management, preferably in furniture-related trade / B2B, with a proven track record.

Knowledge :

Sales Management, Marketing Principles, and basic product knowledge.
