Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Engineer (TSE) or Senior Technical Support Engineer (STSE) to join our End User Computing - Desktop Engineering. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in modern device management, OS deployment, application packaging, and patching solutions. You'll play a key role in supporting and improving our enterprise IT environment, with a focus on automation, process optimization, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Windows Autopilot migration and deployment projects.
Package and deploy Win32 applications using Intune and SCCM.
Manage user / device groups (Assigned & Dynamic) in Intune.
Administer BitLocker and encryption policies, including reporting.
Oversee Auto Patch and OS migration processes.
Troubleshoot and support Dell devices, including driver and firmware updates via Dell Command Update.
Create and deploy applications and OS patches using SCCM / Intune.
Manage Cloud Management Gateway and Co-Management with Intune.
Implement and support 3rd party patching tools (e.g., PatchMyPC).
Use MDT for OS image creation, capture, and deployment.
Automate tasks and improve processes using PowerShell scripting.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience :
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and MDT.
Strong understanding of Windows Autopilot, OS patching, and deployment.
Experience with Dell hardware and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with PatchMyPC or similar 3rd party patching tools.
Basic to advanced knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
Ability to analyze and create reports for patching, compliance, and deployment.
Process-oriented mindset with a focus on automation and continuous improvement.
Develop PowerShell scripts for task automation (basic to advanced level).
