Job descriptionMonitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify emerging strategies. Utilize Meta Ad Library and ad spy tools to research and replicate high-performing creatives. Provide insights on creative performance and recommend optimizations. Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to develop high-converting ad creatives. Provide clear, detailed creative briefs to ensure alignment with marketing strategies. Maintain effective communication with internal teams to streamline campaign execution. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports. Utilize data to adjust bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative elements for better results. Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, algorithm updates, and industry best practices. Proven experience in media buying for e-commerce businesses with a track record of high ROAS. Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Experience with Google Ads and TikTok Ads is a plus. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills for coordinating with design and video editing teams.

DRIMS ALLY is a fast-growing company specializing in e-commerce. Our team focuses on driving scalable results through paid advertising across multiple platforms. We are looking for a highly skilled Media Buyer to manage and optimize advertising campaigns, ensuring maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities :
Media Buying & Campaign Management
- Develop, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for e-commerce brands.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven adjustments to improve efficiency.
- Identify and test new audience segments, bidding strategies, and ad placements.
- Scaling e-commerce stores with a focus on achieving high ROAS.
