Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full project delivery lifecycle — from initiation to closure.
- Set and manage customer expectations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate meetings, track progress, and communicate updates effectively.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to initiate and execute projects.
- Use Smartsheet and Salesforce for project tracking, documentation, and reporting.
- Manage risks, resolve issues, and proactively adjust mitigation strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage third-party vendors or contractors.
- Drive change management and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure knowledge transfer.
