Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document customer business use cases, defining solution designs based on product capabilities and best practices.
• Educate customers and partners on high-level product architecture, functional design, and implementation strategies.
• Assist with scoping, analysis, and documentation of implementation projects.
• Develop and deliver technical training for SailPoint implementation partners.
• Collaborate with team members to design creative, scalable solutions to complex technical challenges.
• Support the technical delivery of solutions through configuration, scripting, and code development.
• Leverage your development expertise to create or review custom code and extensions.
