Job Title : Ecommerce Head / Key Account Manager (KAM Ecommerce)
Location : Bangalore, India
Salary : Commensurate with experience
Job Summary : We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled E-commerce Head / KAM to manage our e-commerce and quick commerce platforms' end-to-end sales and marketing activities. Need to manage the company website sales too.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the platform's strategy, competition activity, logistics coordination, and other related tasks.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and MIS, excellent communication skills, and the ability to draft emails.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
- Ecommerce and Quick Commerce Management :
- Handle all ecommerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart. Also company website.
- Manage end-to-end sales and marketing activities for these platforms.
- Listing and Catalog Management :
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive product listings and cataloging on all ecommerce platforms.
- Joint Business Planning (JBP) :
- Develop and maintain joint business plans with ecommerce platforms to ensure alignment and drive growth.
- Revenue Growth and Profitability :
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve sales and profitability.
- Marketing and Promotion :
- Manage marketing activities including search, banner, AMS, Sponsored Ads, PLA, PCA, etc.
- Coordinate with internal teams to create promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers.
- Operations and Logistics :
- Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stockouts.
- Customer Relationship Management :
- Maintain strong relationships with key account managers at ecommerce platforms.
- Address customer queries and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Data Analysis and Reporting :
- Track and analyze sales data, website traffic, and other relevant metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on ecommerce performance and present insights to senior management.
- Team Management :
- Manage and lead the ecommerce team to achieve business objectives.
