Senior Analyst- Marketing Automation

What you’ll do :

Senior Analyst - Marketing Automation position supports multiple MarTech platforms across EATON. This role understands how Marketing Automation platforms works, entire web development along with strategic and enterprise level oriented thinking. This role is responsible for designing, building and implementing technical solutions that meet business- needs and align with a company's strategic objectives.

Analyzing requirements & translate into technical solutions

Implement and manage web tracking solutions using tools like Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, or similar.

Stong knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript / JQuery.

Deep understanding of web technologies

Ensure seamless integrtion of systems and software

Strong knowledge of APIs, databases and security frameworks

Leverage Salesforce Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) to unify customer profiles and enable personalized marketing

Deep understanding of integrating marketing automation platforms to 3rd party systems

Ensure all marketing activities comply with global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

Use ServiceNow for managing IT service requests, incident tracking, and change management related to marketing systems.

Work in Agile teams, participating in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

Excellent communication and problem solving skills

Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Develop web page solutions.

Design, build and test templates using HTML / CSS to ensure compatibility across devices and various clients (outlook, gmail).

Provide actionable insights ti improve future campaigns.

Assess business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Design and document system architectures, including data flow, integrations, and application frameworks.

Evaluate and select appropriate technology stacks and platforms.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions are properly implemented.

Understand and utilize API (REST / BULK) to integrate with third part tools and platforms.

Provide guidance on best practices, architecture standards, and technology strategies.

Oversee the integration of new systems and applications with existing infrastructure.

Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture principles.

Qualifications : Any Bachelors Degree

5-8 years’ experience

Skills :

Possess an excellent understanding of marketing automation platforms and current technologies

Good communication skills- both written and verbal.

CRM, CDP(Customer Data Platform), Marketing automation integration,

GDPR, CCPA,

Salesforce, Eloqua
