Role Overview
- Responsible for designing, executing, and scaling CSR-led projects focused on education, skilling, and livelihood development.
- Involves program management, stakeholder engagement, proposal development, team leadership, and impact measurement.
- A key role to ensure effective delivery and long-term sustainability of social impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Stakeholder Engagement & Partnership Development
Identify and build partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, CSR foundations, academic institutions, and industry departments.Develop collaboration strategies with corporates and foundations for program implementation.Facilitate meetings, presentations, and knowledge-sharing sessions with stakeholders.2. Program Management & Implementation
Lead conceptualization, design, and end-to-end execution of education, skilling, and livelihood programs.Oversee learner onboarding, engagement, and progress tracking.Conduct field visits to monitor effectiveness and address operational challenges.Ensure compliance with donor requirements, regulations, and internal policies.3. Strategic Planning & Proposal Development
Identify new strategic program areas and conduct research to inform design.Draft and present proposals, budgets, MoUs, and reports for donors and government agencies.Represent program models to leadership and external stakeholders.4. Team Management & Capacity Building
Lead and mentor a team of 8–10 members with clear roles and performance accountability.Conduct training and capacity-building sessions for team development.Foster a collaborative, impact-driven team culture.5. Monitoring, Reporting & Compliance
Develop and maintain MIS, dashboards, and records aligned with organizational standards.Track and analyze program data for improvements and impact stories.Prepare and submit periodic impact assessments, narrative reports, and donor updates.Key Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of CSR-led programs in education, skilling, and livelihoods.Knowledge of government policies, flagship schemes, and CSR ecosystem trends.Experience in corporate partnerships, donor engagement, and stakeholder management.Excellent proposal writing, documentation, and presentation skills.Strong team leadership and people management abilities.Proficiency in data management, monitoring tools, and impact assessment.Mandatory Qualification & Experience
Master's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, Business Administration, or related fields.4–7 years of relevant experience in CSR program management, partnerships, or implementation.Prior experience with corporates, government agencies, NGOs, or donor-funded projects.Willingness to travel for field monitoring, partner meetings, and program delivery.Skills Required
