About the Role
We are looking for a Process Coordinator (PC) to oversee workflow efficiency, ensure accuracy in deliverables, and manage smooth coordination between departments. The PC acts as a Process Auditor — ensuring tasks are completed correctly and on time through team follow-ups, not by executing them personally.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily team tasks for timely completion.
- Verify data accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Track progress and escalate delays or issues as needed.
- Maintain clear and professional communication across teams.
- Raise and follow up on Help Tickets until resolution.
- Prepare and share daily reports on completed and pending tasks.
Requirements
Strong coordination and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and follow-up ability.Organized, proactive, and result-oriented attitude.Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets preferred.
