Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Design

We're hiring 1 immediate opening for Design (Converting Machinery).

About the role

• Lead preparation, revision and customization of machine designs, BOMs and technical documentation.
• Take ownership of design changes, improvements and engineering problem‑solving to enhance product performance and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement and QA to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet quality standards.
• Maintain accurate design data in ERP / SAP and ensure timely delivery of design milestones.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives; familiarity with ISO 9000 systems is preferred.
