Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Design

We’re hiring 1 immediate opening for Design (Converting Machinery).
About the role
- Lead preparation, revision and customization of machine designs, BOMs and technical documentation.
- Take ownership of design changes, improvements and engineering problem‑solving to enhance product performance and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement and QA to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate design data in ERP / SAP and ensure timely delivery of design milestones.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives; familiarity with ISO 9000 systems is preferred.

7–10 years’ hands‑on design experience, preferably in converting machinery designMinimum B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical EngineeringOpen to all gendersMust‑have technical skills
