Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive based in bangalore. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing and implementing employer branding strategies, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Daily tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining communication with applicants throughout the hiring process. The role also involves IT recruitment and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hiring and Recruiting
• Strong Communication skills
• Familiarity with Employer Branding strategies
• Experience in IT Recruitment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
