Experience - 8 to15+ yrs HCM consulting experienceLocation - Anywhere in IndiaResponsibilities -Provide expert guidance and support to our clients in the area of Human Client Management (HCM)Passionate about helping clients with their digital transformation journey and help them drive innovative ways of working with innovative Human Capital Management solutionsWork with clients to understand their strategic business needs and objectives, and help them to select and implement the most appropriate HCM solution to meet those needsIn addition to your consulting duties, you will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of knowledge in the HCM domain and keeping abreast of new developments and trends.Design and deliver future ready HCM (Human Capital Management) solutions to help organizations optimize their HR functions and enhance their employees’ experiencesWork with technical functional leads to conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirementsYou will have the opportunity to work with global clients to understand and address some of their largest and most complex people-related challenges and ultimately improve and drive valuable and sustainable business results. We focus on engagements that relate to the complete hire to retire cycle.Analyze the client’s requirement and propose an appropriate solution and realization, supporting clients in their transformation journey through the design and implementationBuild expertise in specific industries and present the value of HCM solution to customers in those industriesYou will use your subject matter expertise in the domain to help drive the sale by providing influence and credibility to C-level executives through detailed client workshops and process mapping exercises.Identify improvement opportunities to achieve clients’ desired business outcomes,Design and implement requirements in the proposed HCM solution and demonstrate configurations through prototypingThe ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience in the HCM domain, and a proven track record in consulting and / or project management. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.Key criteria : Successfully completed end-to-end HCM implementationsExperience in multiple HCM functional areas, including experience in defining how multiple HCM modules work togetherSuperior communication skills, both written and verbalAbility and willingness to travelExperience with pre-sale and sales activities
