About the role

As an Infrastructure and CI / CD Pipeline Manager (DevOps) , you'll design, deploy, and manage cloud-native infrastructure while ensuring security, scalability, and reliability across systems. You'll own CI / CD automation from the ground up, building pipelines that power seamless deployments, and lead infrastructure monitoring and alerting for production stability.

This is a leadership role for a hands-on engineer with 8+ years of experience who combines deep technical expertise with strong collaboration skills. To succeed, you'll need to be reliability-focused, proactive in preventing issues before they arise, and a clear communicator who can explain infrastructure concepts to teammates outside of DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and resilience.
• Build and manage CI / CD pipelines for seamless deployments using GitHub Actions.
• Ensure platform security, monitoring, and reliability with proactive incident prevention and response.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate infrastructure into workflows and product delivery.
• Provide technical leadership on infrastructure projects and mentor teammates in DevOps practices.
