IT Systems Engineer
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Systems Engineer to support, maintain, and optimize our cloud and on-premise systems. You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our technology infrastructure while providing technical support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and support cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure and AWS
- Support and manage client systems, including Drupal, Kentico, Sitefinity, and Sitecore
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and support CI / CD pipelines and environments
- Develop and maintain ITIL documentation, including procedures, policies, and user guides (English)
- Act as the primary IT point of contact, responsible for office IT inventory, network infrastructure, and end-user equipment (laptops and peripherals)
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide 24 / 7 support as needed
- Provide helpdesk support across Windows and macOS environments
