Cybersecurity Infrastructure Manager

The Network Security Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management, operational stability, and continuous improvement of the organization's network security infrastructure. This role involves leading a team of network security engineers, managing the deployment and maintenance of security tools, and responding to security incidents. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in network security, proven leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage security projects and operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Operations Management :

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of network security engineers, overseeing their daily tasks, performance, and professional development.
• Manage the operational lifecycle of network security systems, including firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), VPNs, web filters, and other network security appliances.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, runbooks, and documentation for the network security team.
• Oversee the 24 / 7 monitoring of network security alerts and manage the team's on-call rotation for incident response.
