Hiring Associate -Accounts Payable

Knowledge of :

• General accounting principles and practices.
• Accounts Payable processes and principles, account reconciliation techniques.
• Oracle Fusion / PeopleSoft applications

Skills and / or Experience :

• Alpha / Numeric Data Entry
• MS Office Tools (Excel / PowerBI / Presentation)
• Database Software (Access, Beginner / Intermediate)
• Accounts Payable experience, including account reconciliation.
• Ability to collaborate with staff, peers, branches, corporate departments and vendors as necessary to achieve objectives.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage time effectively, to demonstrate strong organizational skills and to handle multiple priorities
