Minimum 10 years of experience in HR with strong exposure to bulk hiring, preferably in AP, AR, or a related industry. Proven track record in managing high-volume recruitment across multiple functions. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Role Overview :
We are seeking a seasoned HR Lead - Bulk Hiring professional with extensive experience in managing high-volume hiring, preferably in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) or related domains.
The ideal candidate will be based in Gurgaon and must be an immediate joiner.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage bulk hiring initiatives across AP & AR verticals.
- Design and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies to meet aggressive hiring targets.
- Collaborate with business heads to understand workforce requirements and define hiring priorities.
- Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and
recruitment agencies.
