Provide Level 2 support for .NET applications, including web and desktop-based systems.
Investigate and resolve application issues , bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
Collaborate with L1 support, development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
Analyze logs, exceptions, and database queries to identify root causes.
Escalate unresolved issues to L3 / development teams with detailed documentation.
Monitor application health and performance using tools like AppDynamics, New Relic, or Azure Monitor .
Participate in incident management , including on-call support and post-incident reviews.
Maintain knowledge base and documentation for recurring issues and resolutions.
Assist in deployment support , configuration changes, and minor code fixes if required.
