Job Description-

• Monitoring And Controlling Sales Activities
• Training To the Field Staff
• Preparing deliverables and targets for all team members
• Driving team members to achievement of targets in line with the activities, focus areas of the organization
• Managing multiple districts within a region and adjust sales targets accordingly.
• Evaluating and implementing appropriate sales technique to increase sales volume.
• Sales analysis : value and product wise
• Sales Forecasting at monthly and quarterly level
• Completing monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target.
• Building and maintain relationships with healthcare professional
• Reviewing new products as per market
• Building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
• Coordinate activities to increase sales and establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction at all accounts.
• Independently managing Channel distribution at Regional level
