Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, document, and execute functional testcases and test scripts based on business requirements.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugsare resolved.
- Ensure that the software meets the specifiedrequirements and functions correctly.
- Lead and support UAT activities, ensuring thatthe software meets the end-users' needs and expectations.
- Coordinate with business users and stakeholdersto define UAT scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate UAT sessions, document findings, andensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Act as the primary point of contact forstakeholders during testing phases.
- Communicate test results, status updates, andissues effectively to stakeholders and management.
- Ensure stakeholder requirements and feedback areincorporated into the testing process.
- Develop and maintain test plans, teststrategies, and test schedules.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated withtesting activities.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage and adherenceto quality standards.
- Log, track, and manage defects throughout thetesting lifecycle.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolvedefects and ensure timely fixes.
- Verify defect resolutions and perform retestingas required.
- Identify areas for improvement in the testingprocess and implement best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest testing tools,methodologies, and industry trends.
- Provide training and mentoring to junior testersas needed.
