We are looking for Functional Developer - Technical BA who is having experience in below technical stack. Please revert if you are interested with below requested information.

Qualification : UG / PG Graduates

Experience : 5+ Years

Location : Chennai , Bengalore, Pune, Coimbatore,

Work Time : 2pm to 11pm

Work Mode : Hybrid (3 days WFO / 2 Days WFH)

Notice Preferred : 0-30 Days

Functional Developer (Tech BA)

Strong understanding of CE modules : Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service.

Requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops.

Fit-gap analysis : whats replaced, whats redesigned, whats removed.

Security model design (roles, BU hierarchy, teams).

Familiarity with ISV solutions and AppSource alternatives.

Strong documentation (BRD, FDD, test scripts, UAT plans).

Job Description

Map current business processes to standard CE capabilities.

Define functional requirements for replacement features.

Lead workshops to validate solution design with business users.

Document functional specifications for technical build.

Support testing (SIT, UAT) and user training.

Act as the bridge between users and technical delivery.
