Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage a team of functional testers with expertise in Pharma / Healthcare background.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test plans and cases.
Create, review, and maintain comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test data for functional testing.
Execute manual functional tests and ensure test coverage across all requirements.
Ensure traceability from business requirements to test scenarios.
Drive defect triage meetings, ensure accurate defect logging and verification.
Monitor test progress, quality metrics, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance, and best practices.
Identify risks and issues related to testing activities and escalate as needed.
Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best testing practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in functional testing, including at least 2 years in a lead role.

Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.

Excellent knowledge of functional and regression testing principles.

Hands-on experience with test management tools like JIRA-XRAY, HP ALM.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
