Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for end-to-end IT recruitment, identifying top tech talent, managing hiring processes, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles (Developers, Engineers, Project Managers, etc.).

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer rollout.

Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates & hiring managers.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Use job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and networks to attract top talent.

Track and manage candidate databases and recruitment metrics.

Stay updated with IT industry trends and hiring best practices.

Requirements

• ️ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• ️ 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment, talent acquisition, or related roles.
• ️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• ️ Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
• ️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• ️ Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
