Role Overview
The role involves coordinating both domestic and international logistics, managing the movement of raw materials and finished goods, and ensuring seamless operations across suppliers, warehouses, and customers. This position offers hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment and exposure to global supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day domestic logistics, including vendor dispatches and customer deliveries.
- Support international shipments by working with freight forwarders, preparing documentation, and tracking consignments.
- Collaborate with vendors, warehouses, and transport partners to ensure timely and cost-efficient logistics.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and related compliance papers.
- Monitor shipment timelines, identify potential risks, and proactively communicate delays.
- Assist in verifying logistics invoices and maintaining cost records.
- Maintain detailed shipment logs for audits and compliance.
- Work closely with procurement and sales teams to align supply chain operations with production schedules and customer commitments.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably with exposure to domestic and international logistics.Strong communication and coordination skills.Basic understanding of export-import procedures and documentation.Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace;familiarity with ERP orCRM systems is an advantage.
Experience in the paper, packaging, or manufacturing industry is a plus.
