Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shipping Coordinator located in New Delhi. The Shipping Coordinator will be responsible for managing shipping and receiving tasks, handling customer service queries related to shipments, operating a forklift, and managing inventory control. The role will also include coordinating export activities and ensuring timely and accurate documentation for outgoing and incoming shipments.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving, and Inventory Control
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Experience in Forklift Operation
• Understanding of Export procedures
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent;

additional certifications related to logistics or supply chain management are a plus
