We're looking for a Senior Manager – Training to lead strategic learning initiatives for Content Moderation verticals. This is a leadership role focused on training delivery, stakeholder management, and team development across complex business environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead training operations at the account level, ensuring all goals are met.
• Design and implement learning integration and transition plans.
• Collaborate with internal / external stakeholders for effective training execution.
• Monitor training performance, drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage training teams, mentor new and existing resources.
• Oversee LMS configuration and reporting.
