About the Opportunity
This is your chance to leverage your corporate expertise in full stack development and guide students through the entire lifecycle of building secure, scalable, and high-performing web applications. You will translate industry projects, best practices, and emerging trends into engaging classroom sessions and hands-on labs, ensuring students graduate with the confidence and skills to thrive in top tech careers.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver structured teaching on end-to-end web application development , starting from HTTP / HTTPS request-response flow to secure, enterprise-grade deployments .
- Teach HTML5, CSS3 (with ARIA roles), JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX , leading students into modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue .
- Mentor students in building Progressive Web Apps , applying Web Storage APIs (cookies, local / session storage) , and managing JSON-driven data flows .
- Introduce Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, SEO techniques, and performance optimization strategies for professional-grade web solutions.
- Train students on end-to-end testing with Cypress for reliable application development.
- Share practical knowledge of Core and Advanced Java, SQL / PLSQL, MongoDB, Hibernate, Spring, and Spring Boot .
- Expose learners to REST APIs, OAuth, JWT, and Git workflows , while building awareness of web security practices (XSS, SQL injection prevention, HTTPS, MFA / 2FA, monitoring, OWASP guidelines).
- Encourage professional problem-solving through design documents (LLD / HLD) and Java design patterns .
What We’re Looking For
7+ years industry or technical training experience.Hands-on expertise in modern full stack technologies and frameworks.Strong communication skills and passion for teaching / mentoring future engineers.Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent.Prior academic or corporate training experience is desirable.Why This Role?
