Role Overview :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the full employee lifecycle. The role will also involve training and mentoring HR freshers , ensuring they gain a strong foundation in HR practices and organizational processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end HR Generalist activities , including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records, HRIS data, and statutory documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies , and company procedures.
- Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct and coordinate induction programs, training sessions, and engagement initiatives .
- Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce management.
- Train and guide HR freshers , helping them understand HR systems, processes, and best practices.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field.5–6 years of experience in HR Generalist roles.Strong understanding of HR operations, statutory compliance, and HR documentation.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.MUST HAVE Skills :
Working knowledge of HRMS tools and MS Office applications.Experience in training or mentoring junior HR staff.Good organizational and analytical skills.
